i have been divorced from my sons bioligical father for 7 yrs now and he got off scott free. his rights were willingly terminated, basterizing my son. anyway, i heard i can still go after him for back up child support and future child support. if anyone has any idea on what to do and how to do it please let me know. i dont make alot of money. i am on disability.

I dont know why you have waited so long...you need to go to your local welfare office or DA office and file papers on him. They will garnish he wages if he does not pay or you can get his tax return_

u need to contact legal aid in your state and see if u can get a consultation with him/her regarding your ex's responsibilites concerning your son.
