Take it from someone in the industry, it is the best time to buy WINTER clothing. You have to understand that the prices are highest at the beginning of the season. Stores discount more and more the longer an item has been in the store and the closer it gets to the END of the season and not the other way around. By the way, February is when we have Spring items. Summer items come in at around April/May. :o) Good luck!
