I can't think of a site, but there is a program called 3D Architect (or close to that, I'm not sure) that can help you build a virtual model of your future house. You can Download the Demo Version for a couple of days and it should do the job.

probably not a site, but definately some software, just search for it online, u'll find something. try download.com for some trials, might last you long enough to try out some designs. good luck on ure new house
