I've been getting the birth control shot,Depo Provera for 9 months, and it stops your period. Its 99.7% effective. I didn't use any other contraception except that and just to make sure I got a pregnancy test and it said "Not Pregnant" it was the most expensive test too. I just got my period today which does happen still once in awhile when your on the shot and i haven't had any symptoms of pregnancy. Still I have that feeling, but I'm guessing it's just because I'm telling myself that. And my mind is making me think that because i'm telling myself that. How low of a chance is it that I could be pregnant?

If Depo is 99.7% effective, that leaves a .3% chance that you could be pregnant. Personally, I think it's you thinking you're pregnant, that's making your body act pregnant. It happens.

Your actually getting no period with DepoProvera? I personally had to get off that (of course mine was a shot to the uhmn thigh area)b/c I had a non stop menses. So if it actually works the other way thatz good but I can only answer it as test yourself to be sure.

I am not too sure on that but I would make an appointment at the doctors office to make sure.
