anything with a very fast processor, preferably two. graphics card and ram are a tie for 2nd id say.

Yep, Apples were MADE for video editing. That's why every studio in Hollywood uses a Mac for graphics and effects. But you can just use the 'backspace' button to edit the word 'editting' as you typed it, to it's correct spelling, 'editing' ;-)
