It happened in season 4 not sure what eppy
Clark's girlfriend I think her name was Alica had powers where she could move and look Chloe to see that Clark pick up a car...

In the episode when clark girlfriend shows chloe and I believe its the same one clark girlfriend died in too. (season 3)
