I have only one but I regret the name. Anya. It's too fussy. She's two but she'll hate me for it, won't she ?

First of all, i just saw your 360 page and let me tell you, Anya ia a real cutie.....What a pretty name ...very unique....and no, she will not hate you for it...my daughter's name is chantrella, she is 8 yrs old and she likes her name, the only time she has a problem with it, is when we are at a theme park and her cousin kyle is buying a name pin or something with his name on it and she can't cause her name is unique...that is the only time she gets mad. I do not regret her name, at all. people compliment me on it ALL the time!!! My son's name is brendin, he is 11 months old...the only thing i regret...is not giving him my last name even though my boyfriend and i have been together almost 4 years...we are not marred and i wished i gave him my last name as i watch him ALL the time. my boyfriend's a workaholic...and i have not married him yet as he has to many bills...i am waiting til he pays them off and oh yeah, he is still married, but seperated for 9 years to a woman in australia....that is the only thing i do regret..

Well I don't have kids but I LOVE the name Anya its so pretty and graceful my friend has that name and she said she hates it too and her mom regrets it but its a movie star name your child will only hate it if you say that you don't like the name belive me its a beautiful name!

Anya is a pretty name. I wouldn't worry if I were you. My nephews have some really messed up names.....and they get teased all the time. Anya is NO where near their names.

I still like the names of my children, and they are in their 20s now. I think Anya is pretty. She will be proud her name is not the same as everyone else's.

Anya is a beautiful and original name. Regret is too strong of a word, but I am not crazy about my youngest son's middle name. He is a junior and his and my father's middle name is not a name I would have picked.
Now my daughter hates her first name because it is LaSean, pronounced La Shawn, but people pronounce it La Seen.

No I don't regret any of the names I gave my kids and I have four... the name of your child is fine........raise her to be strong and she will be.
