Don't know about it being a french legal term - but, to me, "Cour Celeb" means 'courting celebrity'

That is - one who believes in their own (unfounded) celebrity status!

- for dictionary definition... perhaps you could look under "Jade Goody"!!!

I am sorry but this is NOT French. It is not a legal term. It does not mean anything. Probably 2 typo mistakes.. Try another language.
