Well, Brain would try to destroy them but then Pinky would make friends with Patrick considering they have so much in common. Brain would then hit himself with angst as the following dialogue would go on for the next half hour:
"I'm ready! I'm ready!"
"Sandy's a girl?"
"Narf!"
"I'm ready! I'm ready!"
"Sandy's a girl?"
"Narf!"
"I'm ready! I'm ready!"
"Uhhhh....."
"NARF!!!!!!!!"
When the mindless blathering finally ends, they all sign a peace treaty and Pinky and Brain both get jobs at the Chum bucket to give meaning to their aimless lives. The treaty is forgotton, however, when Brain and Plankton declare war against Spongebob and his friends. The evil duo almost take victory but Pinky sabotages Brain's plans as usual. In the end both mice end up, once again, in their little lab cage. Plankton misses his friend until Mr. Krabs steps on him and he loses memory of the entire thing.
And THAT'S what would happen if Pinky and Brain faced off against Spongebob and Patrick.

Pinky and the brain- one is a genius, the other's insane. Spongebob and Patrick are both insane. At leat one of Pinky and the brain is a genius! Out of all of them though I LOVE Patrick!

Although Pinky and the Brain appear to be smarter. I think it would be Spongebob and Patrick due to their ability to make so many mishaps happen.
