Very simple! He somehow positions the servant so he is facing the door approximately 2 feet away. He then opens the door thus whacking the servant in the face. From then on the servant should know well enough to open the door before ever getting too close to it!

use sign language or teach the servant open the door means (u should show him how to do it)!!! Simple
