Re-installed Win XP SP 2 and XP recognizes the Realtek Network Adapter, but it shows a yellow "?" mark next to the "Ethernet Controller" - and says that the Ethernet Controller is missing a required driver. Have been to Realtek's Driver site (very confusing) and downloaded 6 diferent drivers with no effect. Can anyone point me in the right direction - i cannot connect to the net until i find this driver. Pls help...

tried downloading and installing driver from realtek site suggested (by 2nd post) but installation does not change ethernet controller status in device manager - it remains a yelow "?". Further, when i restart XP it recognizes that i have "New Hardware - Ethernet Controller" - but it doesn't find driver(s) for it to work. Any other suggestions?
