Nope, unless you are talking about voluntary motion.

On the other side of the eardrum (which moves) is a set of tiny bones (ossicles) that relay the sound into the cochlea where it triggers nerves.

In order to hear, you must have parts of your body that cant move when sound happens.

Listen to Lou Reed's "Metal Machine Music", though admittedly your finger might start moving in the direction of the 'off' button.

I have to at least tap my foot like a shy white girl when I hear Celine's "Tous Les Secrets De Ton Coeur", Britney's "Bombastic Love", SheDaisy's "Get Over Yourself", Sarina Paris's "Single Life", etc... Music makes me so happy!

yes I can. I just listen to something awful that I don't like. I don't twitch, sing along, or anything. I may get up and turn it off, but that's not the same.

Hmm, it would have to be slow music - and even then some of that gets me moving.

It's impossible not to dance to James Brown.

presumaably the beating of the heart constitutes a movement of the body, so unless you're including corpses, no you cant.
