Talk to them and be honest. Tell them how much they hurt you and remind them they are not perfect. If you are happy with who you are that is all that matters, I know it hurts when it comes from family but what kind of people are they to be so mean. And you can always turn the tables on them and become just as mean. Everyone has faults or something that bothers them.

I think that you should try to talk to your brother and tell him that you don't appreciate him treating you that way. You should also talk to the wife tell her how you feel. If you are old enough maybe you should start thinking about moving out of his house because people treating you like that is not healthy for you.

Try to talk to them and make sure they know it is hurting your feelings. They might not know it is hurting your feelings really bad so that is why they keep doing it. The worst thing to tell somebody is they are fat so, they shouldn't be doing it at all. Make sure you get through to them that it's not nice and it really hurts your feelings.

I think you need to talk to your brother. While the Body Mass Index registers your height and weight as obese, it's not up to your brother and his wife to police you. You should probably make some lifestyle changes to your diet and exercise habits. If your brother and his wife actually want to help you, they should encourage you to make good choices not berate you and make you feel terrible about yourself!

Explain to them both that their comments are making you feel bad, are lowing your self esteem and your confidence, tell them to shut it, and if they have nothing nice to say to say nothing at all.
I put your measurements into the Body Mass Index calculator, which tells you what range you fit in, under weight, normal weight, overweight, and obese.. and it did come up with your BMI as 26.5 which is classed as over weight, so you could do with losing may be 4 pounds and youll be in the healthy weight range.

You have control over your feelings. Choose not to let their comments and actions bother you. It's up to you to get upset or not get upset...and if you do not like the weight you are, then lose some of it.
Make your life what you want it to be. Good luck!
