That is called "Reverse Telephone Number Lookup". You can google it, but the one I have bookmarked is http://www.switchboard.com (click on the Search By Phone link).
By the way, reverse number lookups dont work on people who have a private listing. It would only display numbers that would be available if you had just called Directory Assistance (in that town).

No...I don't.
If it's a cell phone you won't be able to tell, but if it is a home phone number you can call 411 and they can help you.

Go to: http://www.411.com/10668/reverse_phone
and insert phone number. They don't have 100% of numbers as could be an unlisted number etc.........

Sure....You can either just put the full number into Google and if it is listed, the name and address of the person or business will pop up or you can copy and paste this address into your address bar and this will also take you to a site that looks up phone numbers for you. No but I do know a website that if you have cell phone they will pay you to accept text messages. Easy money....

You cannot search for cell phones, only land line.

anywho.com reverse phone lookup...it will only show the name if it is a listed number
