If you decide to go to the doctors, don't go to the emergency room. No point, they'll do nothing for you. And you'll end up wasting time by waiting endless hours in there. Go to a walk-in clinic, and the doctor will examine your toe, to see whether you need an x-ray or not. If you need an x-ray, you'll recieve a paper that the doctor will fill out, and you can easily go to a medical centre to take it. You don't have to wait as long in a walk-in clinic, plus they'll tend to your needs more because they don't see as many people.
You only need to see a doctor if you can't move it at all, because generally you can't do much for toes. They heal on their own with lots of ice, and small amounts of pressure. Remember to stay off it as much as possible, but try to make little trips now and then around the house so it'll get used to moving.
Good luck!

The worse it looks, the less likely it's broken. Breaks don't actually hurt all that much unless you are putting strain on them.
(If it hurts all the time - bruised, if it hurts only when you walk - broken)
If you do go to the doctor, they are just going to tape it up and send you home (you can't really put a cast on a broken toe).
Unless you need a doctor's notice to stay home from work or something school related, I'd give it a couple more dayss. If it gets worse instead of better, then go to the doctor.

Put a piece of cotton between your little toe and the one next to it, and tape them together. It should make it more comfortable-- if it hurts more, reposition it until it feels better. Sometimes keeping a shoe on helps support it, too. There really isn't much more that can be done for a broken toe, so tape it, keep ice on it, stay off it and elevate it whenever you can, and it will get better in a few weeks!! Good Luck!!

honestly i'd say from the sounds of it, yes it prolly is broke an no i wouldn't have ur mom take u to the dr... If anythin' i've learned, is that dr's just tape ur broke toe to the next nearest toe an let's it heal on it's own... They won't give u any pain meds, they'll tell u to do the REST thingy an take like ibuprofen for the swellin' an discomfort.... If ur toe still looks the same an it's not like crooked or anythin' i'd just get the white tape that comes n most 1st aid kits an tape pinky toe to ur "ring" toe.... hope this helps...

Sounds like it is broken. But you would have to have an x-ray to be sure and there is not much you can do for a broken toe

If you can bend it then it might not be broken. Even if it is broken theres not much that you can do for it other than keep it on ice and stay off it as much as possible.
