As someone who reviews teacher resumes, I suggest you shorten it. Also, if you know you will be applying for an elementary position specifically, remove the middle school component and vice-versa. You should be as specific as possible to the actual position you are responding to. Though it is well written, it may give the impression that you just want any position. Also, list your abilities and extras in sub-sections of your resume. Good Luck!

Way too long. If you're going to use an objective, keep it short like "to contribute to educating American youth as an elementary or middle school teacher".

Save the rest of what you have written for your interview, in which you can list your skills and what you hope to accomplish as a teacher.

Sounds a bit stuffy, like you're applying for a corporate trainer position. Impersonal and cold.
I'd like to see it more user-friendly, warm and people-oriented. I dislike "extracurricular activities." Can you try saying out loud what you want to do, in a conversation way, and then writing it down as you'd say/hear it?
If I or a friend asked you "What are your teaching goals"? how would you answer?
