I have worked at a dollar general before, and i am pretty sur ei remember stocking liquid eyeliner. So yes they should have some type of eyeliner there.

I don't know about Dollar General. I'm pretty sure CVS carries liquid eyeliners.

no, the dollar general only sells the eyeliner pencils. wal-mart has the liquid eyeliners in a variety of colors.

some dollar generals do and some dont....i recently went for item and one carries it but the other said they put out what they receive,,,now the dollar tree and some dollar stores have it,,,along with walmart and drugstores but of course the dollar stores are cheaper. family dollar also has a brand of liquid liner

u can go to any dollar store they have almost all kinds of liquid eyeliner or Walgreen's.

If you have the money, go to the Clinique counter. Otherwise any any other place that sells makeup should have it. If you buy your current eyeliner at dollar general go there. =)

the dollar bazzar near me carries liquid eyeliner bugt it can be found at target wal-mart icing by claire's and any drug or grocery store like Giant

They have alot of different make ups there. Wal-Mart carries it... as well as any drug store. Wet and Wild makes liquid eyeliner if you need somehting cheap.

I don't know about Dollar General, but walmart, Kmart, Target, and most all pharmacys have it.
