Well, the thing is Leo didn't really want to go up for the public vote. He is emotionally still a child and couldn't cope with the thought that possibly he could have been voted out. He used the excuse that he had run out of underpants. Big brother said that the house was provided with washing powder and perhaps he could wash them. He said he never washed underpants and that their not providing them was more or less against his human rights (own interpretation) In other words he is a spoilt immature man who is self centred and unable to work with a team.

The "pants situation" was just an excuse. He is a little man with a big ego but is really very insecure. So he could not stand the thought of being voted out.

He ran out of clean pants and didnt think he should be washing his "smalls" in public, bit of a drama queen really!

Guess he went before the ponpous little git got the public vote. He sure showed another side of his personality and it wasn't a very nice one! Good riddance to the self-centred little man, long past his 'sell by date' like all the rest of these so-called celebs.

They wouldn't give him clean underwear and he washing his own clothes was beneath him. So, in otherwords he couldn't handle the thought of the public voting his non-talented self out.
