I am new to the computer scene and need some additional assistance setting up my email in outlook express. I have a email account with yahoo that I want to set up in outlook express but the instructions provided online either were not clear enough or they were wrong because it didn't work. Also the screen and it's contents for almost all web pages are too small for me to see without squinting. I went to VIEW and then to TEXT size and changed that, but still the windows and most text are hard for me to see. Can someone help me with that too? Remember that I'm not experienced with the computer so please give me step by step instructions. Thanks for helping this old dog learn a few new tricks.

For viewing go to view at the top of the screen click on that, scroll down to text size and select large.

Explain to me exactly where you are having trouble setting up your email.

Wellll, in order to access your Y mail in Outlook Express you have to subscribe to Yahoo MailPlus. If you have that, the procedure for adding your Yahoo mail to Outlook is simple, but lengthy. There are two good sources for instructions. First is Yahoo, because you need certain codes/info that they must provide. For this, go to:
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/pop-06.html

Microsoft also provides instructions, as well as a Guided Help tool that you can download and it will lead you through it step by step (but make sure you print out the Yahoo instructions first so you can refer to the specific Y information that you must input). For this, go to:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/171163

You can do it, good luck!
