Right-Click on My Computer, then click on Properties.

Go To Start>My Computer>Right Click>Properties
And should say on the Right hand Corner.
Example:
XXXX MB of RAM
XXXX=Amount In Numbers

Start> Run> DxDiag
Start> Run> MSinfo32
