Right-Click on My Computer, then click on Properties.

Go To Start>My Computer>Right Click>Properties
And should say on the Right hand Corner.

Example:
XXXX MB of RAM

XXXX=Amount In Numbers

Easy money. Right-click on the My Computer icon and left-click on properties. It's right at the bottom of the window that pops up.

You have two utilities that will reveal most of your computer hardware..

Start> Run> DxDiag
Start> Run> MSinfo32

Explore these two utilities and discover your computer.
