Gain 50 pounds. You could lose it. Getting hit by a truck has all kinds of unknowns attached to it. You could end up with anything from a few bumps and bruises to paralysis or limb loss.

I would rather gain 50 pounds because you can always lose weight but never take back the death you might have from being hit by a truck. Being hit by a truck can cause many problems like paralyzed,death,etc.

Gain 50 pounds, I can loose it. If I get hit by a truck I could die or be paralyzed for the rest of my life.

I'm trying to lose 50 pounds now so I think I would rather be hit by a truck. That'll knock of 50 pounds.
