Mercedes CLK 320 around how much?!?

Well i've been telling my husband that this car is about 70,000 dlls and he keeps saying that is probably around 40,000!!..Anyone here actually knows the real cost?

Base MSRP is around $47,000. Loaded to the max it can exceed $60,000
