I have fair toned skin, medium-to-light brown eyes, dirty blonde-to-light brown hair, and a desperate need for advice! I want my dress to have an origional and unique color that nobody else is going to have. I want to stay away from traditional colors like white, pink, red, and black. I like colors like emerald green and teal. I really want to have a unique colored dress, without looking dull!! For all those prom experts out there, please help!

hey..am not exactly a prom expert..but i sure know what would make you look fabulous on your prom...
1. the colour of the dress...you want it 2 be something different...why not try a turqoise coloured one..thats a different colour and with the right make up will really shine on you..here are some examples..

you said you wanted to look different...why not accerorise in a special way..black or silver...or go bling-bling and add lots of "diamonds..!!"

try not to get a dress too dark, with fair toned skin it could make you look washed out especially in pictures. Teal would be pretty or just go start looking and you may find many colors that you haven't thought about yet.

My fav prom / party dress color is still red. Fire-engine red. Maybe you can start with a red dress...and add something unique to jazz-it up a bit???

i think of you could look rather staggering in vivid tones like warm pink or aqua blue for particular. And once you're feeling adventurous yellow is warm appropriate now! sturdy success and have exciting at promenade

You could try a purple dress (not bright purple, though). Or there is green (it goes well with blonde hair) or black.
