Respiration - Energy is released. Occurs in both light and dark
Photosynthesis- Energy is stored. Occurs only in light.

Respiration- Glucose (ATP etc Krebs cycle) are the reactants
Photosynthesis- CO2 and H2O are the reactants

Respiration- CO2 and H2O are the byproducts
Photosynthesis- Glucose is the byproduct.

Respiration- Occurs in all living cells
Photosynthesis- Occurs only in cells with Chloroplasts

There are a lot more to this as ATP is common to both. Mitochondria in cellular respiration and chloroplasts in photosynthesis is responsible for the electron transfer of H+ ions. during ATP synthesis.
