Is there a charm in distance?--Cellphone users?

By making ourselves available at nearly any time for phone contact, are we cheating ourselves out of the pleasure and importance of someone reaching and out and making a special time to be there just for us?

My cellphone is off all the time. only when I want to take calls I turn it on. I am not this f****** thing's slave.
