All are arthropods, but they belong to two different
Subphyla. The trilobites are in their own Subphylum, the others are in the Subphylum
Chelicerata. Trilobites and eurypterids are both
entirely extinct, the others still living, though the
number of living species of the horseshoe crabs is
relatively small, only four or five. The eurypterids
and Limulus are in the Class Merostomata, the
scorpions in the Class Arachnida, along with spiders, daddylonglegs, ticks and mites, etc.

They are all "prehistoric" as well as being "invertebrates... there is fossil evidence on all four...
