Use NyQuil w/out decongestant...decon keeps you awake. Hot bath, Vicks Rub on chest, neck, & under nose. Wear turtleneck, sweatshirt, sweatpants, heavy socks, put towel on pillow and sweat it out. Echinacea excellent to rebuild immune system, but usually not more than 30 days. Vitamin C good too. Zinc lozenges OK but taste not that great.

I love cold-eeze losengese at the first sign of a cold. They really seem to help. Other than that lots of liquids and rest. There are no prescriptions to help fight a cold, your body h as to do the work.

6 days, lots of vitamin C, echinacea, . Actually I have heard that airborne stuff works really good.
Age old remedies Chicken Soup, OJ
hot tea with lemon, honey and a good dose of cayenne pepper.
