any girls wear high heels nearly all the time? I do, i can't help it- i'm addicted to wearing and buying them. Anyone relate to this? What are the potential consequences of this? I read in the papers that some women need surgery to correct problems caused by wearing high heels. I've worn them every day since i was 10 and i don''t have any problems. I feel i need to wear heels cos i'm quite short (5'1) and particularly when i'm with guys i hate being so much shorter.

I'm 37 years old 5'- 1" tall with petite, size 4 1/2 feet, and I absolutely live in 4 inch stiletto heels. I am totally committed to wearing extremely, tall sensual, stiletto-heeled shoes. I love the unabashed glamour of being held gently aloft atop a pair of extremely tall, impossibly thin stiletto heels. I always wear high heels when I'm in public. I absolutely refuse to place anything less than a 4 -inch stilletto heel on my peds.l. A heel less than 4 inches simply is way too casual for me; and does not fully showcase my sexy little feet. I am simply too vain to comprimise my appearance by wearing anything less than a 4 inch stiletto -there simply is no such thing as a heel that is too tall and slender to place on my completely pampered little peds! I would be absolutely mortified to be seen in anything other than a pair of chic, designer heels. (I don’t know how a women who truly cares about her appearance could possibly wear anything less than a stilletto).

The only side effect that I have from wearing stilettos all the time is that I have difficulty flattening my feet to the floor. When I take off my shoes, my feet stay in the "high heel" position. When I'm barefoot, I walk on my tiptoes! I'm simply more comfortable in heels - and as I love wearing them, for me its really not a problem, rather, an advantage. I love my heels, and I love how they make me look - so sexy , confident , and utterly sophistocated!

High heels rule - I've heard of people with back problems from wearing heels, but I have also heard of people with back problems from sitting at a desk too long, or sleeping on the wrong bed etc etc. You could stop wearing heels to avoid any future back problems that you may never get anyway, or you could just enjoy the shoes!
There was a trend recently of aerobic classes where people wore high heels because it gave a better workout and exercised more muscles too - I even saw a team of rugby players doing this! (yes weird but true).
Also high heels are well known to actually give the wearer better posture - bad posture is also a cause of back problems.
I wear heels 80 per cent of the time and do a lot of walking in them, and while I occasionally get sore balls on my feet, hey it's worth it - it's all about the shoes!!!

I can relate. I'm 5' 5 and I feel short. I like wearing and buying shoes with heels. If it's a flat shoe with no heel I won't buy it unless I have to for maybe a special occasion or if I'm doing a dance. I've heard that heels ruin your feet, especially those skinny heels. So that's why I'm a fan of the wedge heel. For me they give me the height I want and they're comfortable. So my feet are not hurting at the end of the day. I also know that those relly narrow toe shoes ruin your feet. Don't wear those!

Yes, I'm a shortie too (5 feet). I love wearing heels, have done since my teens (36 years old now) and can't say I have any problems.

I think I look better in heels than in flatties and I certainly drive better in heels - the angle my foot is at on the accellerator pedal is really uncomfortable for me with flat shoes.

A workmate used to wear high heels all the time and she now has problems caused by this. Something to do with the muscles/tendons shortening in the back of the leg.

I do like my heels, but i also do like other stylings of shoes such as a kitten heel and flat shoe. I do wear a variety after all, it depends on what i wish to wear that day. If its casual then my trainers come out or perhaps pumps. If its smart courts or boots are a good option.

I love buying high heels too ! I think it can lead to problems when you get older, especially back pains etc. As long as you don't wear them literally all the time I think you should be fine though.

vogue, women human beings entice to look than toughness collectively as adult males seems toughness value sort plenty. donning severe heels is amazingly painful in case you walk and stand lot, I did a similar mistake whilst i offered a pair of trainers that have been seems useful yet heels have been bit severe then I certainly positioned on, my journey replaced into very undesirable and painful with those shoes, regular once I got here to my place of work my legs began paining and that i felt discomfort in my returned too. That why i do no longer positioned on severe heels shoes. i do no longer why women human beings can positioned on severe heels outstanding.
