I'm not familiar with Sonic. How does one view Videos from Sonic? Does it view through a webpage or did you have to install a program.
If it views through a webpage, then try to empty your Temporary Internet files (in IE, tools, internet options, Delete Files button).
If you had to install a program, then find the program location (ie if its a program then right click the icon and choose properties, it will tell you what folder the program resides in). Then try going through all other subfolders in the program directory and see if there might be a cache folder (look for a bunch of huge files).
The last place they might be stored is in the Windows Temporary folder. Click Start, Run and type CMD (if that dont work, type COMMAND). Now you're at a dos prompt. Type:
DEL /s %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp\*.*
That line says del everything from the temp folder. The /s parameter means to delete from any subdirectories that might be in your temp folder too.
But if you want to do it without hardly anywork and want to discover a cool program I use, then check out http://www.jam-software.com/treesize/ Theres a trial version. What this program does is display all the folders on your computer, but list them in order to which folder is using the most room. So if you use the program, then the folder that is stealing all of your space would display at the top.
