just use vcd cutter to split the movie into 2 parts then add them in nero and burn it,
or u can do is u can use alcohol120% to burn videos because it doesnt use size to burn it uses the length of movie to burn it,
if its 750 mb and length of movie is like 75 mins it will easily burn this,
maximum cd limit is 700mb or 80mins..

or if u are goin to write as a data cd in nero there is a option named "enable short generation of Leadout" it will allow you to burn 716 mb in 700mb disk, (only new version of nero, while writing Disc at once)..
enjoy

Hi
Just split the movie into two files and then write.
Otherwise if u are going to view through computer u can just compress it using winzip and then burn. Then u have to decompress it to view
