When someone gets 'under your skin' it means they are getting on your nerves. It can also mean they are getting to you emotionally. They might bother you or make you feel guilty for something you have done.

Usually the term refers to something really annoying like " OMG!! My little brother is like underneath my skin!" I'm pretty sure this is what it means but if not someone reply.

are you sure its a saying?!
I think its a figurative phrase or an idiom...

If you mean literally, i think it means your anatomy...
In sayings, it means something that makes you very annoying....

example: I hate you! You're completely underneath my skin! You're such a baby prostitute..

satisfied..?!

Something that doesn't feel right. "It gets under my skin" or "it makes my skin crawl".

When you have an occurrence that makes you feel uncomfortable, there's nothing you can do about it. You just don't feel right about a situation or a person.

Hope this helps.

It means someone is getting on your nerves so bad that you don't feel right being in the same room with them. Basically when they annoy the hell out of you.
