Can Anyone tell me if there is any hamster shelter in San Francisco please? Thank you =)

You might try checking at www.petfiner.com or www.petharbor.com these should allow you to input your zip code and search for adoptables at shelters or rescues in your area. On petfinder use "small and furry" on petharbor use "other" to find hamsters.

The regular dog/cat shelter usually accepts small animals too.
