Always be concerned with something like that, and don't rely on someone on a website, or in a grocery line to diagnose you. This is your life, and you only go around once.
My stepdaughter has cyst problems, and periodically has to have them removed. She recently chose to have a breast removed because the doctor said there was no way anyone would be able to tell if she had cancer, with all of the cysts in that area. She didn't want to gamble, so had the operation. Point is, some people have cysts, some have more than others, but always a doctor is the once to make the diagnosis. A good doctor may be able to tell you if this is a consistent problem for you, and what future treatments will be (hers was about once a year to go into hospital and have cyst removed).
I have empathy with you, and hope this doesn't progress. But do find and trust a good doctor. Peace of mind is worth it.

Get to the doctor right away. Even cysts have to be drained and treated with antibiotics. You HAVE to go. The lumps that are NOT painful, are the ones that CAN be cancerous. The ones that hurt are usually infected cysts. Sorry to tell you that, but I have had breast cancer.

If you are worried enough to ask this question, then obviously you need to see a doctor. Knowing your age would help, but the lump under your arm could be an infected lymphnode. And ANYTHING that can be described as a lump in your breast should be checked out immediatley!!!!!!! Especially if you have a family history of breast cancer.

Take the lumps seriously, cysts are usually tender or painful, cancerous lumps are not, get a mammogram, and change doctors (he should have ordered a mammogram just as a precaution).

I say go to the doctor and get it checked out. It's better to be safe than sorry. If it's nothing so be it, but if it is and you ignore it and finally find out only if you would had went to the doctor early that it could have prevented from getting worse. It may be devastating to you!!!!!

omg...please go to the docter.
the one in your armpit isnt as bad as the one on your breast. that is the one you should be concerned about...
it may be the start of breast cancer....so go get it checked out!...yes it is dangerous!.
normaly, when cancer is starting the lumps in your breasts dont hurt, they are just there....but they will cause pain in the future if you dont get it checked out!
good luck...
