The ponies because of their hooves, I'm sure they've got a nasty kick. Not to mention that the bears have those ubiquitous targets on their chest.
I bet both the ponies and the bears have a lot of pent up aggression after being so gosh darn cheerful all the time. Would be a good fight.

I don't know you'd have to consider the battlefield. If it was in high grass somewhere the ponies would slaughter the care bears. (they are short little things, and the ponies could gallop right on top of them) But if we're talking about level terrain here it's anybody's game, if the care bear knocked the pony over it would be all over. Short animals tend to be ankle biters to... I'll have to give it to the CARE BEARS!

My little ponies- because the care bears are soft and fluffy. The ponies are hard, so they would definately win. Don't ask how i know this :)

The care bears. I'll admit i watched their movie and personally grumpy bear alone could knock out all the ponies.
