I'm transferring my iTunes library to another computer by burning the songs to discs and then putting them into my new library on my new computer. However, when I insert the CD into my computer, the songs come up, but labeled as Track 01, Track 02, Track 03, etc. All the information such as the song name, artist, genre, and album are gone! What can I do??!!

You should try to burn them as mp3s or whatever format they are on your computer. That way the information will be saved and when you transferred them into the new computer, the information will be transferred too. Good Luck

Unfortunately you'll have to do it all manually.
Right click on the song, look for "Get Info"
then on "Info".
There are fields to fill out such as Title, Artist, Album, etc. Tedious, but worth it.
I would suggest writing everything down as you're burning them from the old computer.
