OK, my XP machine now wont boot.

"the image mpr.dll is possibly corrupt. the header checksum does not match the computed checksum"

any ideas?

OK if u can get a windows xp CD (the save version like home,professional) put it on Ur CD-ROM and reset Ur PC and it may boot from the CD and pass the error so u can repair Ur windows system.if this worked u can call me on yahoo messenger Tim6630_2006 to tell u how to make a windows repair.

It commonly exhibits hardchronic failure. now to not be bothered, new difficult drives are truly less costly and common to position in. for sure you've been smart and subsidized up all of your archives to an exterior source have not you.......? If not you've discovered a clean lesson.
