I don't know what to do. We still talk but I want him to know that I like him, but if he doesn't like me it would break my heart. If he does like me it could wreck our relationship. He flirts with me and I flirt with him but is that friendship flirting with him? Or deep down does he really like me?

Another thing is that my friend used to go out with him and she said that he still likes her. My other friend likes him. Thing is he is like my big brother and I have a way better relationship with him.(So far)

So what do I do?

The thing is he barely talks to my friend and isn't that a little weird if he "likes" her?

I have similar situation. I grew up with my bf. He's like my brother. And of course, the more we associate, our feelings developed. It was hard to tell if we liked each other cuz I was afraid if he rejected me. So i waited until he confronted me with his feelings about me. Finally he told me he liked me. I was so glad that I didnt step up first. It took a long time for him to confronted me. I think if I told him long ago that I liked him it wouldve been fine but I pulled off. I suggest you immediately tell him in person that you liked him. Just be warned and dont get your hope high, if he doesnt feel the same way about you, try not to get downhearted. It will hurt you first but the best way is to move on and tried not to hurt your relationship. How can you not get hurt? Well make sure you tell him that it best not to flirt cuz it'll lead you to think he likes you. So if you tell him not to flirt but continue to be friend. you'll be fine.

I regret sleeping with a guy who was my best friend. It totally ruined our relationship. And I really miss him to this day. My feelings of romance where not what I thought. It must have been that I loved him like a brother, not like a lover.

Next time he flirts with you say "Better be careful, or I might take you up on that, and THEN what would you do?"
Say it in a playful manner, smiling but look him right in the face to see his reaction.

Clearly this guy is able and willing to make his feelings known to you if he wants to. He made them known to your friend. Don't tell him. Move on and keep your friendship. He can't feel that way about you because he likes your friend.
