There are lots of different topics of discrimination within education to study!
Class, Racial, Disability, Age and Religious Discrimination all exist within the UK Education System.

discrimination in education does the very reverse of what it is supposed to do. Education is ment to be about developing the mentality and character of the student. So inferiority complexities might arise, unconfidence, or a dislike of authority. Through fear some students might become introverted and even grow a phobia of educational institutions and they take long than normal to develop a career plan for when they finally complete their education. What i am telling u i have witnessed and i have been a victim of discrimination within education, it is a big problem in classroom as well as the staff room.

Try looking into the idea of how discrimination can turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy; for example, if a child gets told (or treated as though) s/he is stupid often enough, the child will sometimes take that on board and start believing it him/herself and the child will often end up playing up to that label by behaving as though s/he IS stupid even though s/he may not be.

To Timothy B, from looking at your (lack of) spelling abilities, I'd say we need 'the blacks' to stay in the country because your dumb a*s certainly isn't going to get us anywhere, is it? I mean, I'm not exactly getting 'genius-vibes' off you, mate - go bury yourself in a hole somewhere or, I don't know, report me to the 'polise'.

The first answerer (Timothy B) was not allowed to take a BA in English language...just because he can't spell a few words properly..Terrible.

Wat it realy means you sit in class and the blacks jig about and wind up the other kids and we get nothing done and learn nothing because they cant disciplin the blacks because its discrimination and we hit a black we get hauled down the polise station for racically ageravated asult. Its sikening its hour country not therse. They shuld go home.
