What do you think about a boy who has his ear(s) pierced?

Do you think a boy should have just one ?

Or should they have two?

Does two mean you are gay?

I am a boy who has both of my ears pierced and is just wondering and I am not gay.

it doesn't matter anymore. if you like guys romantically, that means your gay. other than that, having only your right ear pierced meant you were gay a WHILE ago, but that has since dissolved. you can have your ears pierced in a thousand ways, it would just mean you like and can handle pain and attention, not much else.

I'm 40 something and two seems a bit much for a boy.

One earring on a male bothers me less but still a little, because it suggests to me that you're probably too focused on being cool, popular etc. which means you're probably also at risk of getting into drugs, premature dating etc. and you may be hanging with the wrong crowd.

Let me put it this way -- if you were a young musician, one or two earrings would be normal.

But it's rare to find men who are officers of corporations, leaders in government, coaches of sports teams etc. who wear earrings. It's not that mainstream yet.

There's nothing wrong with it per se. It's just a fashion choice.

But if you were my son, I'd secretly be hoping for you to ditch the earrings and just go out there and get all the best life has to offer.

And I'd think that 2 earrings might slow down your social life because women are going to be confused by it and other women will think it means you're not likely to be a good, stable husband who can get and keep a respectable job.

None of this may seem to matter when you're in school, college, or a low level job. But when you want to get into an engagement, a marriage, or a really good job, it may hold you back a tiny bit or make it more of an uphill battle.

Then way are you asking a gay question... you did it bc you wanted to right?! Do you like it?! What do you think about it?! If you don't like both and you question it all the time, take one out. A guy with two ears pierced, just has his ears pierced doesn't mean a thing about his sexuality.

It's lame. If it fits his personality, great. Of all the guys I've met with pierced ears, not a single one had a piercing that fit their personality.

Two is just too much. Wait until you get used to one because you jump into two.

I think this boy has nothing to do else, means he have an empty life (may be), if it was you then this is something for girls not for boys although if you did it then it doesn't mean that you are a gay but may be it suggest to others that you are.....

No it doesnt. Peop;e say it looks really girly (some ppl) and the genaral idea is that guys with on ear peirced are sexier, but I know loads of ppl who love guys with both ears peirced. just dont wear womens earings!

people think it means there gay. but i don't. but i would like to know why you wanted to have two. but if your not gay, then your not gay. it doesn't matter what other people say. but earrings in general are hot. and peircings.... like snakebites :))

Well, I don't have either pierced but if I did it would just be one, two just doesn't look right on a guy (to me anyway).
