hmm...depends on what kinda panties. a thong on you would prob need a different size. i dont know on you if it would be bigger or smaller though...depends how big your cock and your *** are. briefs and bikini styles you should be a large or 7 though. granny panties, idk. hopefully you arent gunna be wearing those.

Ermmm, it depends because you would be a size 16 on the waist, but a size 10 on the hips. Try somewhere in between, ie a size 12-14. HTH : )

like a size 9 or 10 bikini would be one size lower and briefs a size higher. likei have a 27" waist and i wear a 5 or 6

You should definitely wear large or maybe xlarge.... My pants are 31" and I wear large, anything smaller and they did into my hips creating bumps.
