should i kill this person who is short, ugly, and he keeps following me around. and then he stalks some of my friends

Maybe this guy just needs a friend, have you tried to talk to him? By no means do any bodily injury to him.

Killing is a crime. Call the cops and go to the courthouse to get a restraining order against him if it is that bad. If he violates it he goes to jail. Its been my experience that stalkers usually have a reason for following someone. Could be you said the wrong thing to him or gave him the wrong idea about something? But first I recommend you telling him to go away if he is bothering you, if he persists go get a restraining order.

Do you have a boyfriend? Tell your boyfriend and his friends to beat him up. You gotta hunt for him. Now is the time to hunt for the hunter!.... But it would be best if you don't kill him. I'm sure you don't wanna go to jail.

uh... dont kill him! call the cops tho and see if u can get a pic of him if not describe him really well and they can keep an eye out for him.
