Depending on the outside temperature, and the insulation on the container, your answer will vary. Because of the 2nd law of thermodynamics, the temperature of the ice inside the container is going to slowly match the outside room temperature. How long that takes depends. One thing for certain is that it is going to be warmer then 0 degrees after 20 hours.

It will be 0 deg C as long as there is ice and water together. It is important to note that the temperature of ice in equilibrium with water does not change as it "ages." Once the last bit of ice melts, the water will rise in temperature (assuming the plastic bag is in a room at 20-25C

0.0 c or 32. F you said it was at o so it is o. but if you are asking what a mixture of water and ice is, it is also at o c or 32 F because they can both exist at that temperature if the pressure is normal.
