there is someone threatning me,what should i do?

i had a friend who knows all about me,and on new years eve he tried to sexually assault me,and i got depressed and i will kill myself,and he knows he is to blame for it,and he is threatning me saying that he will tell my family,friends,and even call my co workers to tell all about me,and he knows things that i would never want anyone to know,i cant go to the police cuz he will humiliate me by telling everyone things about me,can anyone help me?

Ok, here's what u have to do.
Go to Barne's and Noble and buy the book 'Rainforest' by Thomas Marent.
Rush home and make ur favourite food.
Then sit down comfortably and look at all the book.
Write down all the wonders that u liked the most.
Do all this while u eat ur favourite food.
Then u can take a warm bath with aromatic oils, and some soft music.
Then come out softly and lay down.
Do u really want to die after all the beautiful things that r in this world??.
When u have calmed down, go to the police, and report that dreadful man.
Then write a speech in the way u can admit u made some mistakes in the past.. but that u have learned from them.
Read it to ur family and friends when he tells them. If they really love u they won't leave u 4 nothing and they will understand.

That is difficult, wow... first of all remember that suicide is a permanent solution to a temperary problem! Dont' do it! Don't even go down that road of thought. The only wisdom I can think of is this: the truth is probably gonna come out some day regardless, maybe now would be less painful in the long run and get it over with insted of living under the cloud of "what if". Also realize that HE tried to molest YOU adn that maybe he is not more eager for word to get out than you are! Consider calling his bluff and see what happens. But it would be better coming from you than him if everyone has to find out anyway.

Go to the police it would be better to feel humiliated then suicidal. Let them straighten this bully out for you. Take care of yourself and remember almost everyone feels humiliated at some time. What he is doing is trying to manipulate you. He is the one in the wrong.

Sounds like you have a STALKER! You need to go to the Police department,RIGHT AWAY to get a restraining order and get a legal judgment for this person to stay away from you and your family. The police should be able to help you file an order against this person.
If this persons slander against you has cost you your job, or caused you a loss of income, I would even think of hiring a lawyer! for deformation of Character!

Call his bluff!

Tell him if he tells one person and it gets back to you, you will have him in court so fast it will make his head swim. That with the face that those prisoners just love new boyfriends in jail. He'd be the one getting sexually assaulted many times over and he'll have the record for the rest of his life.

First, of all this is why I don't believe is "friends". One day they love you, but when you get on their bad side they will spill the beans on you. You can do 1 of these two things. You can contact gather evidence and call the cops. Or, avoid this person and never talk to them again! People like that know how to manipulate weak persons like you, now is the time to be strong. Stand up for yourself, so what if you have done things in pass that you regret we are all not perfect people we were born to make mistakes. Find someone close that you can trust and tell him or her what he is doing to you, but you need to go to an adult like a close friend’s mother or older sister, but you need to tell someone because this EVIL MAN needs to be STOPPED!

Its worth the humiliation, he's mainly bluffing because if ou go to the police, he's in real trouble, and rightly so, if not for yourself, report him for the safety of other girls, you dont know how often he has done this an maybe even suceeded before.
