yes...you! ;-)
I have a hard time going to sleep anyway...at least a 20 minute process...but when I'm very tired, sometimes it takes more than an hour for me to fall asleep...or like today, i tried to take 2 naps...to no avail. odd.

You would sleep better if you had one Mr. William J. Hague lying next to you, all snuggly and warm, and perhaps pressing a certain "something" against your backside. Is it a William night or a Tony night for you, young lady? As always, it's a Gordon night for me!

I start to fall asleep watching TV so I go to bed, and lay there and lay there, then I fall asleep and if I get woken up in the middle of the night I can not go back to sleep until about 1/2 hour before I HAVE to get up
unbelievable
maybe i try to hard and the harder I try the less I go to sleep, but when I forget about it, I am gone..
good luck

I think this kind of thing is outrageous. How can people just accuse someone of something without any evidence. Surely if people believe in God they ought to have a greater human feeling for a man in this situation. I'm disgusted. And what about that thing with those kangeroos? Can you believe that! I mean one "roo" is understandable, but fourteen? It defies belief and decency. When is FIFA going to do something about these animals? I blame Andorra, personally.*

it`s the pattern of your mattress, all fluxed up, need to do a 180 and check out the way to lie... .
I have a hard time sleeping also, get a memory foam mattress, great things... . still have the problem of staying up too late having a cup of soup, then not being able to get up in mornings as the bed is too comfortable and the croutons mix well... .

I gett that to. Like last night i was tired, and layed down at 11 and ended up actually going to bed at 3. Try a nice hot bath or shower b4 you lay down.

Too much on your mind or been over tired can do that, your body clock been out of sync by lack of sleep can make it worse.try putting a piece of amethyst crystal under your bed, it helps induce sleep believe it or not.
