my tangerine tree is 3 years old and is beautiful but has never produced or flowered, my lemon tree now have approx. 10 blooms on it, but I don't know if I need/ or how to pollinant it. Please advise.

They do not need pollinators. They need full sun. It takes about 5 years for fruit trees to start bearing well. I have lemon trees. The first tree had 2 lemons the first year, 0 the second, 2 3rd (at that point trees were on sale at Lowe's so I bought 4 more lemon trees...), then either in year 4 or 5 I had so many lemons on the original tree I gave some away. And I find one year one tree will do well, the next year a different one will have a bumper crop.
