yes! i had one done actually so that way i would be covered under the usmc's insurance program through my boyfriend at the time (now husband). we went through http://www.dnacenter.com they did great and the results were quick!! they can use one of 2 procedures. one is chorionic villi sampling (cvs) and is done in the 10-13th week of pregnancy. use a catheter thru the vagina, or a long hollow needle through the abdomen (depending on the position of the fetus) to get the cells. or you can use amniocentesis which is done the 14-24th week of pregnancy. they use a long needle through the abdomen to collect then.
we did it through amniocentesis, and i was scared out of my mind because you hear of all these horrible things about it, but both my babies came out healthy, with no complications (had twins).
hope this helps!! check out the website if you want, it only cost us $475 for the fetus sample, mother and father. need a down payment of 100 to start testing, and then the rest to get the results. which is normally done in just 5 working days, but can be recieved earlier (1 or 3 day services). you can get the results first class mail or fax.
they worked great and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!
good luck!!

An OB/GYN will have to perform a procedure called amniocentesis (or CVS) to collect cells (containing the DNA) from the unborn child. Amniocentesis: collecting the amniotic fluid that surrounds the fetus, or CVS: collecting the chorionic villi that make up the placenta.
P.S. In response to the other answers, a child does not have to wait and develop DNA. DNA is available from the moment the egg and sperm join together.

I dont think its possible. You got to wait til the baby is born for DNA test. That is the best way to know whose the genetic father of the baby.

No u have to wait until the baby is born. The hospital can find out as soon as he babe is born as long as u have the DNA of who you think the baby daddy is.

Yes, but it would require a test called an amniocentesis. This is a very dangerous test and is normally only used when testing for life threatening diseases. It is best that you wait till the baby is born. Any way, I wish you the best luck and hope you get the answer you want.

No because you need DNA and it's hard to get off a newborn they need to develop some before that, at least 6 mos of age. That would cause problems or complications that would not be necessary. Good Luck!

ya, as others have said u can do it by having an amniosentisis. but, i would not do this unless it was necessary like ta check for diseases er problems with tha baby. it can cause u ta go inta premature labor when tha needle is inserted inta tha amniotic sac.
