I use a product by Tilex. It's called Mold and Mildew Remover, and it works great. I just spray it into my wet tiled shower stall, let it "work" for a few hours and then lightly go over the tiles with a scrub brush. It requires very little "scrubbing" effort.

Is the rust on the tiles? You may be able to remove it with an abrasive cleaner, like Comet or Bon Ami. Be careful that you don't mar or scratch your tiles, however. I have seen products for rust removal in the stores along with the cleaning products, so you might want to check there.

Do you have a good exhaust fan in your bathroom? If not, that may be the reason for the mold. I would keep the door opened after a shower or bath, and make sure the shower curtain is open so the moisture will evaporate as quickly as possiblle.

If mold is a recurring problem, you'll have to keep working at it. Frequent use of a mold and mildew removing product will be the best thing.

I used to keep a solution of a little bleach and water in a spray bottle, and I would spritz my shower curtain liner from time to time. It keeps down mold and mildew. Make sure that the bleach/water is mild; you don't want rugs or towels with bleach spots.

Once you get the mold problem under control, regular cleaning with a sponge mop and a good cleaning product like Fabuloso or Mr. Clean, etc. should suffice to keep the area smelling clean and fresh.

If the mold keeps coming decrease back then you definately've a moisture difficulty interior the bathing room. in case you have an exhaust fan circulate away it working for kind of half-hour after a bath in case you do not have a fan then get one. sparkling the grount quite properly and get each and all the mold off then placed a grout sealer on the tile; this could help save the mold off. Tile grout desires to be sealed approximately each year enormously in heavily used moist aspects.

I find that getting down on my hands and knees and cleaning the floor with a rag with floor cleaner in a bucket of water really gets the floor a lot cleaner than the mop or our swifter. The Swifter just misses so much dirt. Try using Lime-A-Way it gets rid of mold and rust and Lime build up.

bathrooms will almost always produce mold due to the moisture. I use a product by Betco called Ph7.
