i don't believe what your really feeling is love maybe it's just a strong attraction butin any case just get to know him better,talk to him hang out and get a feel by how he acts around you of how he feels.

it is normal to like a boy, but you need to ask yourself a few questions.
does he talk to you or look at you? when boys give girls any kind of attention it means they are interested in her for friendship or possibly more. look for any clues from him.
do you want to get to know this particular boy and date him? or do you think this is just a crush? crushes don't last long and change all the time. i had tons of crushes and i learned that i didn't always want to know the guy, i was just swooned by him.

When your in love...express it to the person to whom you felt it.
By the way its not love...its attraction...or better infactuation.
