I want to get a new, cheap, good-working, cellphone, but which kind should i get?

Does anyone know any companies that sell nice cellphones for great plans under 30 dollars 3 months? or something like that?

Nokia is a good phone, and verizon seems to have good plans

boost mobile is TTHHEE BBEESSTT!! they have the kewlest phones and they have nextels walkie talkie. they do not charge you per month or bill you. you just use your creditcard, or u can use a RE-BOOST card and get that number of minutes.
