Unless you were injured, hiring a lawyer is ridiculous. Did you talk to the manager and give him/her a chance to make things right? The most you deserve is a refund or a gift certificate from that restaurant. Frivolous lawsuits cause prices to go up for everyone.

A tort or small claims lawyer (also know derogatorily as an ambulance chaser). But if you weren't actually harmed by the wire, you probably won't be able to recover anything.
